Bristol noise-punk specialists MOULD return with brand new single ‘Float’ (live session here), out today (November 12th) via 5dB Records (anaiis, Ashaine White) following its BBC 6 Music Huw Stephens premiere last night (November 11th).

Marking their first slice of material since the release of celebrated second EP ‘Almost Feels Like Purpose’ EP earlier this year, MOULD’s explosive new effort dives head-first into the group’s vivid eccentricities, with its pulsating indie licks and anthemic sensibilities providing the perfect teaser for their forthcoming debut record set to arrive in 2026.

Fresh from a summer on the festival circuit and support slots alongside Die Spitz, MOULD continue to galvanise support across the press landscape (NME, DIY, Dork, So Young, Clash, The Line Of Best Fit, Rolling Stone UK, Rough Trade, Brooklyn Vegan), in addition to nods of approval across the BBC 6 Music (Huw Stephens, Amy Lamé) and Radio X (John Kennedy) airwaves. With further live dates and new music lined up for release in the coming months, MOULD’s profile is sure to accelerate further.
